On site manager – the manager of Banksia place lives on site and is available at all times for emergencies and during office hours for your queries.

Emergency Call system – our emergency call system is installed in every apartment and the manager will immediately be notified if the alarm is activated.

Sprinkler systems – although each building is not required to have a sprinkler system, Banksia place is fitted throughout with a commercial sprinkler system.

Security Entry – your guests will press your doorbell and you are able to see who is calling for you without the caller even knowing if you are home or not.  

Medical and Emergency – the ambulance station is located in Main Road close to Banksia Place, the Austin hospital is only 7 kms away and for less urgent matters there is a doctor at the lower plenty shops – 100 metres from Banksia Place
